RETROGRADE WINDOWTODAY · November 1, 2026THE TRACK SHOWS 2026
The planet appears to move backwards across the sky: a season for review, revision and turning inward.
NeptuneAries
Retrograde
–
AreaDreams, intuition, illusion
The fog lifts. It becomes easier to see which part of the story you tell yourself is true — not always comfortably.
During this windowNote your dreams · Tolerate the ambiguity · Keep your boundaries
SaturnAries
Retrograde
–
AreaStructure, responsibility, limits
A period that tests whether the structures you built actually carry weight. Good for redistributing responsibility and redrawing limits.
During this windowRedistribute responsibility · Redraw the boundary · Strengthen the foundation
VenusScorpio
Retrograde
–
AreaRelationships, values, money
A reassessment of relationships and of what you value. People from the past can resurface; the real question is not their return but whether what you value has shifted.
During this windowWrite down what you value · Review old ties · Postpone the big purchase
MercuryScorpio
Retrograde
–
AreaCommunication, travel, contracts
A stretch for reading the contract twice, finishing conversations that were left open and revising plans. Better suited to correcting what is already started than to starting something new.
During this windowRead contracts twice · Back things up · Finish what was left open
PlutoAquarius
Post-shadow
–
AreaTransformation, power, the shadow
Transformation moves from power struggles outside to shadow work inside. It covers most of the year — less an event than a backdrop.
The retrograde is over and the planet is re-covering the ground it lost. What stayed unresolved settles here.
During this windowDo the shadow work · Let go of control · Finish what runs deep
JupiterLeo
Pre-shadow
–
AreaBelief, growth, opportunity
Growth turns from outward to inward. Less about hunting opportunity, more about testing which beliefs are genuinely yours.
The planet is still moving forward, but crossing the degrees it will later retrace. The themes start surfacing.
During this windowTest your beliefs · Shrink the promise · Revisit what you learned
