Major Arcana

Wands
Fire — desire, initiative and motion.
Cups
Water — feeling, bonds and the inner current.
Swords
Air — thought, decision and conflict.
Pentacles
Earth — work, body and material ground.
The order follows the traditional sequence: the Major Arcana opens with The Fool (0) and each suit runs from Ace to King. Web spreads never use reversed cards, so the keywords belong to the upright meaning.
The deck reads on two layers: the Major Arcana speaks of life's great thresholds — identity, transformation, loss, rebirth — while the four suits speak of daily life: desire, feeling, thought and work. Many Major Arcana cards in one spread are taken as a sign the question is structural rather than everyday.
