Suit of Wands Tarot Cards
Wands are fourteen cards carrying the element of fire: desire, initiative, motion. The run from Ace to King tells the road from a spark of an idea to the mastery of sustaining it.
The order follows the traditional sequence: each suit opens with the Ace and closes with the Page, Knight, Queen and King. Web spreads never use reversed cards, so the keywords belong to the upright meaning.
Wands are the fire branch of the four suits: wanting to act, courage, rivalry and burnout live here. Many Wands in one spread are taken as a sign the question is about acting rather than thinking.
