Scope of the service

Merolot provides daily horoscopes, birth chart calculations, live sky data and tarot content. A substantial part of the service is free and requires no account.

Nature of the content

Astronomical data on the site — planetary positions, moon phases, eclipses — is computed and maintained with care. The astrological interpretation built on top of it is the expression of a cultural tradition and makes no claim to scientific prediction.

Everything published on the site — horoscopes, compatibility readings, tarot spreads and the interpretive parts of any calculation — is provided for entertainment and general information. It never substitutes for medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other form of professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for matters concerning your health, legal position or finances.

Your obligations

You may not use the service unlawfully, in a way that infringes others' rights, or by methods that disrupt its operation. Automated bulk extraction is prohibited unless expressly permitted.

Intellectual property

Text, imagery, calculation output and design elements on the site belong to Merolot. Short quotations with attribution are welcome; wholesale copying or republication requires permission.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". No warranty is given, express or implied, as to the accuracy, currency, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of the content, or that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or always reachable. The calculations are produced with care, but no promise is made that data, interpretation or access errors will never occur.

Judging the content, and deciding whether to act on it, is yours alone. You are solely responsible for the decisions you take in reliance on what you read here and for the consequences of those decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Merolot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the service — including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of reputation and loss of data.

This section does not remove rights you hold under mandatory consumer protection or data protection law; where liability cannot be limited by agreement, these limits do not apply.
