Tarot Birth Card Calculator

A tarot birth card is the major arcana card that a date of birth reduces to. The month, day and year are added together and the total is reduced digit by digit until it falls within the twenty-two major arcana. The result never changes: the same date always returns the same card.

What a birth card is and is not

A birth card is a numerological reading of a date, not an astrological one. It uses no birth time, no place and no planetary position, which is why it needs nothing beyond the date itself.

It describes a theme people often recognise in themselves rather than a fixed trait, and it predicts nothing. Treat it as a starting point for reflection, not as a verdict about who someone is.
